The agency had been going steady with Baskin-Robbins for a while. The 76-year-old icon came to us in 2022 with a dilemma: how to stay cool when the competition’s full of small-batch, slow-churned, hand-foraged, oat-milk-swirled whatever. So for the first time in over 20 years, we helped reposition the brand—from a nostalgic treat to an everyday spark of joy. Seize the Yay is a rallying cry for anyone who’s ever needed an excuse to say yes to ice cream. The campaign lays the groundwork for Baskin-Robbins to show up in culture with a wink, a smile, and a sprinkle. Here’s some of the work
